Being fat and introverted truly sucks, it doesn’t do me any favors. It’s expected of me to acquire many of the stereotypical fat people personality traits, and when I fail to check off those tiny individual boxes, the disappointment on people’s faces begin to visibly emerge. But that’s just the price I have to pay for living in an extrovert world and having the flesh on my stomach resemble steel armor. No, I am not from medieval times. And yes, that was a joke.
Let’s play a game of truth or dare. I dare you to name another plus size actor, singer, model, or rapper besides Lizzo in 5 seconds. You need more time? Okay I’ll give you 5 more seconds. Still having difficulty finding an answer right? And that’s because there’s RARELY any plus size individuals in the spotlight. Ironically for plus size people, stages aren’t being built big enough for us to stand on.

I partook in a very short pescatarian diet from July 2020- August 2020. I’ll describe a pescatarian diet as an equal blend of consuming aquatic animals that possess gills, and plant based foods. It’s predominantly a fish and plant based diet without consuming any red meats. Picture a McDonald’s filet o fish sandwich when you hear the word “pescatarian”.

on Discord, where we discussed how we both felt old although we’re only 19, and me being the jokester I am, responded with “we’re both externally 19, and internally 91”. And the title of this post quickly emerged! Continue reading “Externally 19, Internally 91”
